You are passionate about learning and going the extra mile to exceed guest expectation.
You are confident to run a section, open and close shifts whilst supervising, inspiring and motivating the junior members of the team.
You have a genuine love for food and wine, ideally with WSET Level 2 or equivalent knowledge.
Your attention to detail is second to none, with a “nothing is too much trouble” attitude
You will have a keen desire to mentor and coach the team to enhance their knowledge and skills, as well as a motivation to drive them to success.
You thrive on teamwork and creating an exciting and passionate environment to work in.
You have a high level of interpersonal skills, energy and passion to ensure the highest standards and maintain these; alongside reaching performance targets in order to make sure these are continuously achieved.
You can think on the spot and outside the box where necessary, be creative with a strong emphasis on designing a different experience for our guests.
Ideally a minimum of two years’ experience in a Michelin standard fine dining restaurant
Your duties will include supporting the management team to guarantee guests leave with a memorable dining experience.
