Your Key Responsibilities
You will assist with the smooth running of the Pro Shop including selling merchandising, processing sales and suggesting products to meet customer requirements
You will support with day-to-day golf administration: responding to emails and golf enquiries, answer telephone calls and use the BRS golf booking system
You will collect fees and process payments, including green fees, hire, retail and membership
You will ensure that the Pro Shop is clean, well-stocked and professionally presented at all times
To ensure that all golf equipment hire including golf clubs and golf buggies are clean, charged, and ready to be used
To complete cashing up procedures and reports as required
You will contribute to ideas and initiatives to drive revenue and customer service in the Clubhouse
You will engage with our golf members and visitors in a professional, helpful and friendly manner, doing everything to ensure an exceptional customer experience
You will demonstrate good product knowledge and share your enthusiasm for our products
Support the Assistant PGA Professional in the running and organisation of golf competitions and events on the golf course
Flexibility to assist in the Clubhouse F&B Operation when required
