Based at the heart of the Spa, you are responsible for the first and last impression of the Spa experience for all our guests and customers, providing an exceptional, seamless and consistent service to every guest and ensuring that their Spa experience and journey is memorable.
Your Key Responsibilities.
You will engage with our guests in a warm, professional and helpful manner and ensure to exceed their expectations, playing your part in making their spa experience with us memorable. You will be responsible for delivering a warm welcome by meeting and greeting spa guests as they arrive. You will coordinate all activities at the reception desk including but not limited to; confirm and book spa treatments, process payments, manage reception based administration and process vouchers and memberships. Develop excellent product and treatment knowledge, in order to recommend and advise guests of the products and treatments that would best suit their needs. You will be responsible for the opening up and closing of the Spa in the morning/evening. You will ensure that the spa area and facilities are well presented and at the expected cleanliness of the hotel at all times, including fresh water, snacks and juices provided and towel supplies for guests are restocked. You will contribute to ideas and initiatives to drive innovation in the department. Attending to and handling guest enquiries in a caring and helpful manner, with a commitment to approaching any issues in a positive way. You will be confident in dealing with guest feedback and communicating efficiently with the Spa Management team. You will support the team in building guest profiles; gathering, verifying and recording guest information to enhance their future visits to the spa and hotel. You will consistently develop your knowledge of other activities and services available to our guests across the wider estate. You’ll build strong working relationships with other departments in supporting with any enquiries relating to the Spa and / or wider. You will be responsible for occasionally taking orders and delivering food & beverage items to our guests in the spa.

You have a passion for delivering exceptional guest service and take great pride in your work You are an excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels You take pride in your personal presentation and demonstrate a high level of hygiene and grooming You are confident with problem solving and complaint handling You are detail-oriented; accurate data entry and strong computer skills You are enthusiastic and have a positive personality with the ability to build genuine and trusting relationships
Proven Experience/Qualifications:
Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a comparable position or industry, desirable Experience in a customer or guest facing role desirable
