• Supervisory experience in a comparable position in a hotel or restaurant desirable
• Empathetic and good communication skills
• Quick thinking, resourceful and able to solve problems ’in the moment’
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced and changing environment
• Keen eye for detail, an organised approach and willingness to exceed guest expectations
• Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and able to build great relationships with team members
