We are launching our fine dining restaurant “Sunlaws”. Steeped in history, with an elegant and classic look, with a strong emphasis on fine cuisine, centred around the use of premium products, contemporary cooking techniques and exceptional service. We strive to maintain the delicate balance between self-indulgence and sophistication. Precise attention to detail, perfect execution and exceptional service will be the trademark of Sunlaws. We are currently seeking a Chef de Rang to assist in leading forward and developing this exciting concept. Our ideal candidate will process the following skills and experience.

Your Knowledge & Capabilities.
You are confident to run a section whilst mentoring, inspiring and motivating the junior members of the team.
You have a genuine love for food and wine, ideally with WSET Level 1 or the desire to complete this.
High attention to detail to ensure the highest standards are constantly achieved.
You thrive on teamwork and creating an exciting and passionate environment to work in and support the management team to guarantee guests leave with a memorable dining experience.
Ideally a minimum of one years’ experience in a fine dining restaurant, however we would consider an ambitious Commis Waitress seeking their first chef-de-rang role.

Positive and flexible approach to working hours (weekend, evening and night-time work will be required)
Passionate about customer service and the food and drinks industry
Good finance & point of sale knowledge.
Detail-oriented – accurate data entry, strong oral and written communication
High level of confidentiality and discretion to be maintained at all times
