As a key member of the senior Kitchen team, you will support the Executive Head Chef in the daily operations and deputise in their absence
You will run a controlled and smooth kitchen service to deliver quality food and a luxury experience to our guests
You will display passion for the culinary world and inspire and lead the team
You will proactively contribute to new ideas by creating and developing new seasonal dishes for our menus
You will ensure that the kitchen consistently excel in the service and product that is delivered
Ensure high standard of cleanliness and food safety & hygiene maintained at all times
Work as part of the kitchen team, communicating well with others to always ensure the smooth operation of
services
Have full awareness of all menu items for the section of the kitchen allocated
Maintain a can-do and problem-solving attitude with a fantastic eye for detail and precision
You will also work closely with the Head Chef and Executive Chef to ensure targets are hit and optimum profitability is achieved.
