Set apart from the main house, nestled in the grounds of the SCHLOSS, are our self-catering cottages - quaint houses that offer every comfort, privacy and plenty of space to feel at home.

From medieval battles and Jacobite risings to royal visitors and devastating fires, the estate - once known as Sunlaws House - has risen time and again, reshaped by the centuries yet always enduring. Bonnie Prince Charlie is said to have planted a rose here, the Kerr family rebuilt the house more than once, and in more recent times it transformed from a private home into a gracious country retreat.
