This supportive programme allows those living with cancer to experience the SCHLOSS spa in a compassionate environment, where each treatment is preceded by a personal consultation and focuses on promoting inner calm.

These carefully designed treatments embody the philosophies of nurturing, soothing, and relaxation, aiming to reduce stress and anxiety, while avoiding aggressive products or procedures.

Be Nurtured Massage

Be Nutured Facial

Leaving skin nourished and radiant, this relaxing facial begins with a detailed consultation and is entirely tailored to your individual concerns – expertly combining the most suitable selection of cleansing, massage, mask, serum and moisturiser according to your needs.

BOOKINGS & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR TREATMENTS

To reserve a treatment at your preferred time and avoid disappointment, we recommend booking in advance by contacting our SCHLOSS Spa reservations team at:

We encourage you to arrive 30 minutes before your appointment time to fully enjoy our spa facilities prior to your treatment. If you are late for your appointment, in consideration of other guests, your treatment will be conducted within the remaining time of your appointment.

Please make our team aware of any medical conditions prior to your arrival.

Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made 12 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of treatment price. Cancellations made 6 hours before your appointment or later will be charged 100% of treatment price.
