FAQs

Do I have access to the spa when staying in a cottage?

Cottage guests do not have spa access included during their stay. Discounted day passes are available to purchase directly from our spa reception on the day of use and are subject to availability.

Can I use the spa before check-in or after check-out?

Spa facilities are only available to hotel guests following check-in at 15:00 and prior to check-out at 11:00. We cannot guarantee access to the spa facilities beyond these times.
