SCHLOSS Roxburghe has a total of 78 rooms and suites. 20 of these are located in the historic manor house, each with their own distinctive character, and a further 58 modern rooms and luxury suites are located in the new Estate House, which also houses the award-winning spa.

Furthermore, 51 self-catering cottages are spread over the extensive estate and located either individually or in groups along the golf course or in the small woods. They combine comfort and privacy with the freedom to experience SCHLOSS Roxburghe from your very own home away from home.
