The Exciting Opportunity 

SCHLOSS Roxburghe Hotel and Golf Course is looking for a passionate and experienced Group Conference and Events (GC &E) Coordinator. The ideal candidate should have experience within the luxury hospitality industry with an enthusiastic and positive personality and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

Your Key Responsibilities.
  • Arranges all tasks before, during and after an event and / or group booking in consultation with the Director of Sales & Marketing to ensure a smooth, prompt, and courteous service.
  • Acceptance, modification and cancellation of group reservation and contingents and / or event bookings and well as appropriate entry into the PMS & Catering Systems.
What Are We Looking For?
  • Proven experience 2+ years within the luxury hospitality industry preferred
  • You are enthusiastic and have a positive personality with the ability to build genuine and trusting relationships
  • You have a passion for delivering exceptional guest service
  • You have proven organisational and leadership qualities
